End-User License Agreement

Who may use the app

FluxWorks Command Center is proprietary internal software of FluxWorks, Inc. Use is limited to FluxWorks employees and officers whom FluxWorks has authorized. No license is granted to anyone else.

License

FluxWorks grants authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app solely for FluxWorks business purposes. Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or share access to the app.

Connected services

The app connects to third-party services that FluxWorks uses, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms. The app reads data only and does not change records in connected services.

Confidentiality

Information shown in the app is FluxWorks confidential information and must be handled under FluxWorks's confidentiality policies.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, FluxWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Termination

FluxWorks may suspend or end access at any time. An administrator can disconnect QuickBooks Online at any time.
