What this app is

FluxWorks Command Center is an internal management tool built and used only by FluxWorks, Inc. ("FluxWorks", "we") to view its own business information. It is not offered to, sold to, or used by any other company or the public.

Information we access

When an authorized FluxWorks administrator connects the app to FluxWorks's own QuickBooks Online company, the app reads accounting data from that company, such as profit and loss, balance sheet, invoices, and customer and project totals. The app requests read access only and does not create, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks.

How we use it

The data is used only to show FluxWorks leadership financial summaries and key performance indicators inside the app. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who can see it

The app runs on Cloudflare. Access is restricted by single sign-on to named FluxWorks personnel. OAuth tokens are stored as encrypted secrets or in restricted storage on Cloudflare and are never shown in the app. Summary figures may be stored in FluxWorks's private Airtable workspace.

Retention and disconnecting

An administrator can disconnect the app at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings › Apps) or from the app's disconnect link. When disconnected, stored tokens are deleted. Summary figures are kept as FluxWorks internal records.
